These General Terms and Conditions of the online store www.ansycosmetics.com have been prepared in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act (ZVPot), the recommendations of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Slovenia, and international e-commerce codes. They regulate the operation of the online store, the rights of users, and the business relationship between the provider and the buyer.
The use of the ANSY trademark, owned by the website operator, is permitted only with prior written consent of the owner and in accordance with the rules determined by the owner.
Selection of Products – The consumer selects the desired products on the website and adds them to the cart.
Cart Review – The consumer reviews the contents of the cart, may change the quantity of products, or remove items.
Entering Information – The consumer enters personal information, the delivery address, and selects the payment method.
Order Review and Confirmation – The consumer reviews all entered information and confirms the order.
Completion of Purchase – After confirmation, the consumer receives a confirmation of the concluded contract by e-mail.
Before submitting the order, the consumer may check and correct errors in the following ways:
Cart Review – The consumer may check the order contents and, if necessary, change the quantity or remove products.
Editing Personal Information – Before completing the purchase, the consumer may correct the entered personal data and delivery address.
Order Review – A summary of the order is displayed prior to submission, allowing the consumer to review and correct all information.

The company operates in accordance with the Electronic Commerce Market Act (ZEPT) and applicable regulations.
All prices are final, expressed in euros (EUR), and include the applicable value added tax (VAT), unless explicitly stated otherwise.
The price stated next to each product does not include delivery costs. Prices and benefits (discounts, gifts, delivery terms, etc.) are valid on the day the order is placed.
Special offers are valid until the specified date or until stock runs out. Discounts and promotions are not cumulative.
The original invoice sent upon payment/delivery (by e-mail) is valid in connection with these Terms and Conditions.
The Provider offers the following payment options:
Cash on Delivery – payment in cash to the courier upon delivery.
Credit/Debit Cards (MasterCard, Visa, Visa Electron) – payments are processed securely through the Stripe system.
PayPal – payment via a PayPal account.
The Provider will deliver the goods within the agreed period to the delivery address provided by the customer.
The delivery period for each order begins on the next working day at 9:00.
The contractual partner for deliveries is GLS Slovenia, although the Provider reserves the right to use another courier if it ensures more efficient fulfillment. All shipments are insured against damage or loss.
Delivery Time and Method – Goods in stock are shipped within 1–3 working days of receiving the order. If goods are not in stock, the customer will be notified by e-mail or phone. No shipments are made on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays.
Shipping Costs – The shipping cost within Slovenia is €3.59. For orders above the free-shipping threshold (as specified at checkout), delivery is free. For cash on delivery, an additional fee of €1.00 is applied.
Products are usually delivered within 1–5 working days. Most are delivered within 1–2 days.
Orders placed are considered binding. The consumer may withdraw within 2 hours of submitting the order by sending notice to info@ansycosmetics.com.
In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, the buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, without having to state a reason. The buyer may download the withdrawal form from the website or send an unequivocal statement.
The Provider will immediately send confirmation of receipt of the withdrawal notice by e-mail.
Returned goods must be unused, undamaged, in the original packaging, and complete with all parts. The return cost is borne by the customer. Shipments with cash-on-delivery will not be accepted.
Refunds will be made within 14 days of receiving the withdrawal notice (or returned goods), using the same payment method as used by the buyer, unless otherwise agreed.
The goods must conform to the contract of sale. Conformity is ensured if the goods:
Match the description, type, quantity, quality, and functionality stated in the contract.
Are suitable for the special purpose communicated to the seller.
Are delivered with all accessories and instructions reasonably expected by the consumer.
Are of the quality and durability normally expected of goods of the same type.
In case of non-conformity, the consumer has the right to free repair or replacement, or to a price reduction/refund within two years of delivery.
The store www.ansycosmetics.com will begin processing accepted orders immediately upon receipt (or upon payment, if a bank transfer is chosen).
Orders are stored electronically. Upon request, the customer can receive a copy by e-mail.

The Provider is committed to permanently protecting all user personal data. Data will be used exclusively for order processing, communication, and legally required documentation.
Users’ data will not be disclosed to unauthorized third parties.
By using the website, the user agrees to the described use of their information.
Registered users are responsible for safeguarding their usernames and passwords.
The Provider complies with consumer protection legislation and undertakes to establish an effective complaint-handling system. Complaints may be submitted by e-mail or in writing to the Provider’s address. The procedure is confidential.
In the event of disputes that cannot be resolved amicably, the competent court in Ljubljana shall have jurisdiction.

The goods sold in the online store are intended for cosmetic use or for the manufacture of final cosmetic products. It is the buyer’s responsibility to use the products safely and for their intended purpose.
The Provider is not liable for any consequences of improper or inappropriate use. The Provider gives no medical guarantees regarding the effects of the products. The products are not intended to diagnose, treat, or alleviate diseases or medical conditions.
By confirming an order, you acknowledge that you are familiar with the full text of these General Terms and Conditions and that you have been explicitly informed of them prior to purchase.
These General Terms and Conditions of ANSY COSMETICS d.o.o. are valid from 15 June 2023 until revoked or replaced.
